June 4, 2018 <br /> 288-ft Self-Supporting Tower Structural Modification Analysis Report CC/BU No 816298 <br /> TEP Project Number 26146.157540, Order 412641, Revision 1 Page 3 <br /> 1) INTRODUCTION <br /> This tower is a 288-ft self-supporting tower mapped by IETS Engineering Services in October of 2004. The <br /> original design standard and wind speed'are unknown. The tower has been modified multiple times in the past <br /> to accommodate additional loading, however the leg modifications were not considered structurally in this <br /> analysis. TEP visited the site in July of 2008 to perform a post modification inspection.
