Lowe's and Customer's rights will be determined by a NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR and NOT a judge or jury. Lowe's and Customer are entitled to a FAIR HEARING.But the arbitration procedures are SIMPLER AND MORE LIMITED THAN RULES APPLICABLE IN COURT.
