The site plan approval for this project has expired and hence will need to be revisited/approved by the <br /> City of Zephyrhills. The City has also taken over ownership/maintenance of Simons Road from Pasco <br /> County. The reforeTa-city-ROW-use-permit will be-required the_Simons Road-access-connectio�. The City also has an <br /> improvement plan with a cross section for the remainder of Simons Road that will need to be followed for the remaining <br /> section of Simons abutting the Florida Medical Center site. Please be advised that this cross section is different than <br /> what was original approved and will need to be modified accordingly. I have attached a copy of the cross section for the <br /> remainder of Simons Road. We can certainly work with you to expedite this change with you and get the plan <br /> reapproved.
