STORAGE TRAILER AND CONTAINERS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GC/STORE SET—UP <br /> MANAGER. <br /> 6. GC TO PROVIDE LIGHTING IN CONTAINERS FOR NIGHT TIME VISIBILITY. <br /> 7. COORDINATE LOCATION OF STORAGE CONTAINER AND DUMPSTER WITH STORE MANAGER. (NO <br /> ITEMS ARE TO BE LEFT IN THE BACKROOM). <br /> 8. OFFLOAD& PROPERLY STORE ALL CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL. <br /> 9. DEVELOP CONSTRUCTION TIMELINE AND PHASING PLAN WITH CVS CPM AND STORE <br /> OPERATIONS. STORE IS OPEN 24 HOURS. GC IS TO PROPOSE HOURLY SCHEDULE FOR <br /> CONSTRUCTION OVERNIGHT AND COORDINATE WITH CVS CPM. <br /> 10. PROPOSED WORK WILL BE COMPLETED OVERNIGHT AND DISCUSSED IN PRE—BID. FOLLOW <br /> SCHEDULING NIGHT WORK CRITERIA 2011 DOCUMENT. <br /> 11. PROVIDE DUMPSTER FOR ALL CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS, SECURE PERMIT IF REQUIRED. <br /> 12. RELOCATE, LEVEL,AND STRAIGHTEN MERCHANDISING GONDOLAS/FIXTURES(ONLY IF GC HAS <br /> GONDOLA TRAIN). COORDINATE WITH STORE SETUP CREW LEAD. <br /> 15.
