Failure to pay within 30 DAYS of date of completion or passing of final inspection, if a permit is required, will be considered a violation of this contract. Any unpaid balance 30 days or more past due is subject to a finance charge of 1961' per month and attorney's fees will be charged if legal action is required to process (Property Lien) or court costs for collection.
