Instructions for testing each type of part. <br /> e. Recommended list of on-hand spare parts. <br /> f. Complete calibration instructions for all parts and entire systems. <br /> g. General and miscellaneous maintenance notes. <br /> 5. Manufacturer's Literature: <br /> a. Complete listing for all parts. <br /> b. Names, addresses and telephone numbers. <br /> C. Care and operation. <br /> d. All pertinent brochures, illustrations, drawings, cuts, bulletins, technical data, certified <br /> performance charts and other literature with the model actually furnished to be clearly and <br /> conspicuously identified. <br /> e. Internal wiring diagrams and Engineering data sheets for all items and/or equipment <br /> furnished under each Contract. <br /> f. Guarantee and warranty data. <br /> 2.9 EXISTING CONDITIONS <br /> A. Support: All existing conduit and cables within the area of construction shall be provided with proper <br /> supports as specified for new work in other sections of this specification. <br /> B. Installation: All existing electrical which is designated for reworking or requires relocation, repair or <br /> adjustment shall conform to all applicable codes and shall be treated as new work complying to all <br /> sections of this specification. <br /> C. Violations: Where existing conditions are discovered which are not in compliance with the codes and <br /> standards, the Contractor shall submit proper documentation to the Engineer for clarification and <br /> corrective work direction. Existing conditions shall not remain which will create a disapproval of the <br /> renovated area. <br /> D. Patching: All existing conduit and cable penetrations shall be properly fire treated per code and <br /> specification requirements. The Contractor shall thoroughly inspect all existing locations and include the <br /> cost of patching and repair in his proposed construction cost. <br /> PART 3 - EXECUTION <br /> 3.1 WORKMANSHIP <br /> A. General: The installation of materials and equipment shall be performed in a neat, workmanlike and <br /> timely manner by an adequate number of craftsmen knowledgeable of the requirements of the Contract <br /> Documents. They shall be skilled in the methods and craftsmanship needed to produce a quality level <br /> of workmanship. Personnel who install materials and equipment shall be qualified by training and <br /> experience to perform their assigned tasks. <br /> I <br /> B.
