CANCEL DO NOT SIGN THIS CONTRACT BEFORE You'READ IT OR IF PERTINENT INFORMATION IS MISSING FROM BLANK SPACES This is a home solicitation sale.If you do not want the goods or services contracted for,you may cancel this agreement by mailing a notice to the seller.This notice must indicate that you do not want the goods or services and must be postmarked by midnight of the third business day after you have signed this agreement.
