(RED TAG IF <br /> NOT ANCHORED PER PLAN) <br /> 3) All set-backs shall be met. <br /> 4) Shall not be installed in easements. <br /> 5) Shall be set in the rear or side yards.. <br /> 6) Only 2 accessory buildings_ per parcel. <br /> 7) Sheds shall not be rented or inhabited. <br /> 8) Must meet follovv all conditions of orclinance780=01 <br /> 9) N61accessory building shall be larger than 300 sq ft without site-plan approval <br /> 10) Not to exceed 16' in height at peak. <br /> 11) No other work shall,be permitted (framing; plumbing, electrical and mechanical),unless <br /> otherwise specified. <br /> 12) Accessory buildings in residential zones that exceed 150 sq ft shall be constructed of <br /> masonry, wood frame, aluminum or vinyl. Aluminum and vinyl shall be residential grade <br /> and be consistent with existing architecture of the principle building and adjacent <br /> properties. <br /> 13) Fence shall not encroach neighbor's,private property or tight-.of way: <br /> 14) Fence shall be,no taller than 6 feet in the rear and sides of home. :4 feet from the front <br /> of home. <br /> '15)Good side of fence shall face out. <br />
