As you know from our prior conversations concerning final approval of the Zephyr Lakes Construction <br /> plans that there are approval conditions/ Residential design guidelines that we wanted to be proactive and <br /> communicate with the builder prior to commencement of construction. We see the site contractors are working hard <br /> out there so that was the purpose/timing of the email. We have discussed with the Building Dept the creation of a <br /> submittal checklist that the Builder could sign off when submitting permits ensuring compliance with the conditions/ <br /> design guidelines.
