Thank you Mike. As you know from our prior conversations concerning final approval of the Zephyr Lakes Construction plans that there are approval conditions/ Residential design guidelines that we wanted to be proactive and communicate with the builder prior to commencement of construction. We see the site contractors are working hard out there so that was the purpose/timing of the email. We have discussed with the Building Dept the creation of a submittal checklist that the Builder could sign off when submitting permits ensuring compliance with the conditions/ design guidelines.
