Brad, <br /> Yesterday, I received a call from Metro seeking an email that would provide the Zephyr Lakes Builders a comfort level of <br /> where the City Planning Department is at with the finalization of the Zephyr Lakes.construction plans. Please let this <br /> email serve as conditional approval of the construction plans with the understanding that Staff has received and is <br /> reviewing the amended set of construction plans addressing prior Staff comments. Following our last meeting there <br /> seem to be a positive understanding on both sides to complete the review process. Staff is currently reviewing the <br /> resubmitted plans and will confirm everything is ready to go. Of course other jurisdictional permits/approvals if not <br /> provided will also be necessary and/or can be conditioned with the Plan approval.
