<br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCEL'�OF -'THE CITY OF
<br /> ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION 634-10 AND
<br /> PROVIDING FOR A SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR'RESIDENTIAL AND
<br /> MISCELLANEOUS UTILITY CONNECTION'f'EESl PURSUANT TO THE
<br /> LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE,RELATING TO MATTERS OF ZONING,
<br /> DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS,AND PERMITTING.
<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills;Florida has,previously enacted
<br /> a Schedule of Fees for expenses pursuant to the Zephyrhills Land Development Code,relating to
<br /> matters of zoning, development regulations, and permitting; and` '
<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council finds it necessary to enact.a new Schedule of Fees for
<br /> certain administrative functions of the city to more equitably assess the-costs of these services to
<br /> the parties.;directly benefiting from them.
<br /> WHEREAS, the Schedule of Fees are reasonably related to the actual costs of
<br /> performing the related administrative functions.
<br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
<br /> Zephyrhills,Florida, as follows:
<br /> 1. Building Permits: Minimum Permit Fee: $45.00
<br /> a. $1,000 and less: No fee, unless inspection is required,
<br /> in which case a$45.00 fee for each
<br /> 4 inspection shall be charged.
<br /> b. $1,001 to $50,000: $45.00 for the first$1,000,plus
<br /> $5.00 for each additional $1,000 or
<br /> fraction thereof,up to and including
<br /> $50,000.
<br /> c.`,$50,001 to $100,000: $330.00 for the first$50,000,plus
<br /> $5.00 for each additional thousand or
<br /> fraction thereof,up to and including
<br /> $100,000.

<br /> d. $100,001 to $500,000: $530.00 for the first$100,000,plus
<br /> $5.00 for each additional $1,000 or
<br /> fraction thereof,up to and including
<br /> $500,000.
