1) Since the property was developed originally and apparently with one stormwater pond on the proposed Parcel <br /> A, restrictive deed covenant needs to be entered attesting to the fact that the two parcels share the stormwater <br /> pond and share in any possible future costs and maintenance. Further,SWFWMD needs to be apprised of this <br /> agreement. <br /> 2) Parking count on parcel b <br /> 3) Solve the issue of no parking lot access from 7th St. <br /> 4) Landscape assessment and buffering between the newly determined parcels, at a minimum. Current standards, <br /> where feasible,will need to be reviewed. <br /> 5) Separate signage will need to be determined for each Parcel <br /> 6) Need current survey for Parcel B and surveyor notes as in 1-16 on Parcel A <br /> Please review and let me know if you have any question, comments or concerns.
