3.) City water and sewer shall be provided to the subject property; <br /> 4.) A FDOT ROW and Utility permit shall be required to be obtained for improvements <br /> completed in the FDOT ROW and provide a copy of issued permits to the City Planning <br /> Department; <br /> 5.) Developer/ Builder shall minimize lot grading and utilize the existing topography to the <br /> greatest extent possible to conserve the existing topography/hill. The following(list not <br /> exhaustive) shall be utilized to preserve the existing topography/ hill — stem walls, walk <br /> out basements and garages; <br /> 6.)
