Rocky Point Drive, Suite 1050,Tampa, Florida 33607, to D.R. HORTON, INC., a Delaware corporation ("Grantee"), whose mailing address is 12602 Telecom Drive,Tampa, Florida 33637. WITNESSETH: That Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to Grantor in hand paid by Grantee, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, and sold to Grantee and Grantee's successors and assigns forever, the real property situate, lying, and being in Pasco County, Florida,and described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part hereof(the"Property").
