<br /> TRANSPORTATION IMPACT/UTILITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned.understands
<br /> that Transportation Impact Fees and R0004[sn Recovery Fees may apply tothe construction of new buildings, change of
<br /> use in existing buildings, or expansion of existing buUdingo, as specified in Pasco County Ordinance number 89-07 and
