<br /> The provisions and enrorecmcnt of this Agreement is.governed by the Laws of the State of Florida.If any part of this Agreement is determined.by.
<br /> a court ofthe appropriate juiisdiction to be unenforceable,the inenforceable'provision shall be deemed void and the rest of the Agreement will reinnin igfidl
<br /> force and effect.Any legal proceeding prising from or'in any way regarding this Agreement shall have its venue located exclusively in the Sixth Judicial
<br /> Circuit in and for Pinellas County,Florida,and the parties hereby expressly consent and subunit themselves to-the personal jurisdictioii and venue ofthe court.
<br /> The prevailing party.of such an action shall be entitled to recover all attorney's fees and costs associated,with the action.
