NOTICE OF DEED RESTRICTIONS: The undersigned understands that this permit may W subject to"deed"restrictions" <br /> which:may be more restrictive than County regulations. The undersigned also.understands,'that such fees,as may be due,will be identified at the time of <br /> permitting.
