WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the City's best interest to update the Land Development Code from time to time to assure that the Land Development Code adequately meets the needs of the City NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows: SECTION 1. Table 7.01.01 (pertaining to the Light Industrial (LI) zoning district) is hereby amended to the following district requirements: a. Front setback — Twenty (20) feet b. Side setback — Ten (10) feet c. Rear setback — Ten (10) feet The footnotes to Table 7.01.01 shall remain unchanged. SECTION 2. Re en aler. All provisions of the City of Zephyrhills Land Development Code including but not limited to Table 7.01.01 (not including footnotes) thereto, which are in conflict herewith are hereby repealed in their entirety. SECTION 3. Codification. It is the intent of the City Council that the provisions of this Ordinance be included as revisions to existing Table 7.01.01 thereto of the Land Development Code. SECTION 4. Severability. In the event any section, paragraph, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or word of this Ordinance shall for any reason be held unconstitutional, invalid or ineffective, the same shall not repeal, nullify or in any way affect any other section, paragraph, subsection, sentence, clause or portion of this Ordinance, regardless of any other section, paragraph, subsection, sentence, clause or portion thereof. SECTION 5. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective upon passage on the second reading and signing by the Mayor.
