Laundromats <br />21. dry cleaners <br />22. pharmacy/drug stores <br />23. personal services and fitness centers (to include indoor sports) <br />Within the commercial/retail uses, auction houses, flea markets, RV/boat storage and <br />vehicle rentals are not permitted uses. <br />16. Commercial/retail uses within the project shall not exceed 100,000 square feet. <br />17.
