Invest the proceeds of any redemptions or sales and any other of my <br /> money, in bonds, shares of stock and other securities as my attorney-in-fact shall think fit. <br /> 12. Vote at all meetings of stockholders of any company and otherwise act as <br /> my attorney-in-fact or proxy with respect to my shares of stock or other securities or investments <br /> that now or hereafter belong to me, and appoint substitutes or proxies with respect to any of <br /> those shares of stock. <br /> 13. Participate with any other person, trust or business entity in a trust or <br /> business entity (for example, a corporation, partnership or limited liability company) and shall <br /> have and exercise all the powers of management and participation in the management necessary <br /> and incidental to a membership in such entity. My attorney-in-fact may at any time participate in <br /> the formation of any such entity. My attorney-in-fact shall have the power to make contracts and <br /> have dealings with itself as an owner in such entity without there being applied rules prohibiting <br /> a fiduciary from contracting or dealing with itself as a fiduciary of other properties. <br /> My attorney-in-fact shall never be liable for a decision to invest all or any part of <br /> my property in any type of trust or business entity which provides additional protection of my <br /> assets or which provides for the convenient management of jointly owned family property <br /> (including property held by one or more trusts for members of the family).
