Permits <br /> 1. Pull and provide all Permits necessary and provide homeowner with inspection results. <br /> II. Flat Roof TPO <br /> 1. Remove current Modified roof and underlayment layers-Currently 1 Layer of Modified. <br /> 2. Mechanically install a new ISO Insulation on the roof deck giving it a positive slope and preventing water from <br /> ponding as per manufacture specification and detail. <br /> 3. Remove the.old vent stacks, goose neck and a-drip edge. <br /> 4. Install 2 3/8" ring shank nails around the perimeter and the decking of the roof at 6" intervals. <br /> 5. Remove and Replace any rotten plywood on the roof. Include up to 7 full sheets of plywood. <br /> 6. Replace the:rotten fascia along the home—Will replace all the rotten fascia boards found up to 30 LF <br /> 7. Install 1 layer of new Single Ply White 60mil Thermoplastic Polyolefin roof membrane with heat welded laps per <br /> manufacture specification and detail. <br /> 8. Install New E-Drip around the entire edge of the home color as per owner selection. <br /> 9. Install New counter flashing &TPO cover tape around the perimeter and walls. <br /> 10. Mechanically fastened aluminum termination bar to secure top of base flashing &Ac units per manufacture <br /> specification'and detail. <br /> 11. Install New pipe boots, pith pans, field wrap;TPO one-way vents•and pourable sealant pockets. <br /> III. Insurance and Wind Mitigation <br /> 1. Provide and fill out the necessary Wind Mitigation form(s)and provide pictures for the insurance wind mitigation. <br /> 2. Provide a Roof Certification that can be provided to the Insurance Company. <br /> s _ <br /> IV. Dispose of Debris <br /> 1. Cleanup of job site, removal of all demolition debris as well as removal of all construction debris. Keep the area broom swept <br /> clean. <br /> V. Warranty <br /> A 5-year warranty for all labor performed as part of the replacement process provided by Rainer Roofing LLC <br /> A 20-year Manufacture Roofing Warranty. <br /> MATERIAL SCHEDULE <br /> Single Ply 60 Mil TPO/2 3/8" Ring Shank nails for re nailing the deck as per Florida Code.
