1. From a previous conversation with the building department, I was told that typically plans are
held for 6 months from the day of approval and disposed f after 7 months. Being that this
project has 3 phases of 3 tiny homes to be completed wit in 3 years of certificate of occupancy;
we would need to confirm an extension. Our plan is to pu 11 one permit at a time and pay for
each permit as we are ready to commence each phase. Th s will be more feasible for us rather
than having to pay the full amount for all three at once. C m we have some type of extension
agreement with the building department on this? I would iate to have to re-submit if drawings
are disposed of or pay impact fees for a tiny house that hasn't yet been built. What you have
submitted is for all 3 homes, Jackie suggest you permit one house at a time, then you only pay
fees for that one house. I don't think you need to create new plan just identify as you permit.
2. Is the'other area under roof the porch? Yes
3. There is a$30.00 address fee, is this to add a new address into the system? I'm assuming that
each tiny home would be A,B,C? 5115A, 5115B, 5115Cs this correct? Will we be assigned the
address upon building permit pick-up? Pasco County ha dles addressing, you will need to
contact them... If you have any questions for addressing ple se contact Pam Walton
at pwaltonkpascocountyfl.net or Michele Arnold_at marnold pascocountyfl.net
4. There is a$45.00 driveway fee, We will not be cutting driveway's into the right-of-way as we
are using the existing alley as access to our parking area. Can this fee be removed? No, it is part
of the overall permit cost
5. Any wiggle room on the Sewer/Water impact fees based on size of building? I have left
message with Utilities Director regarding fee, will let you know.
6. Is Zephyr Park still planning to have improvements in de? I remember there was a
redevelopment plan with renderings for the park, curious how that is coming along. Yes, we are
working on plan to improve the water quality of lake in order to receive grants for
redevelopment of the Park.
Thank You!
Christine Bennett
j On Wed,Nov 13, 2019 at 11:04 AM Gail Hamilton<G amilton(ici.zgphyrhills.fl.us>wrote:
4
