1. From a previous conversation with the building department, I was told that typically plans are <br /> held for 6 months from the day of approval and disposed f after 7 months. Our plan is to pu 11 one permit at a time and pay for <br /> each permit as we are ready to commence each phase. What you have <br /> submitted is for all 3 homes, Jackie suggest you permit one house at a time, then you only pay <br /> fees for that one house.
