With a internal mounted <br /> disconnect and a 40 amp breaker down stairs. <br /> Trane YSC072A3RMA1 HBOAOA 449101327L This RTU heat exchanger is currently down and out of service and will <br /> need to be replaced due to the age and wear and tear of the unit it was recommended for replacement over repair. <br /> Condenser coil on unit is damaged and flaking off due to age as well. <br /> TWC Recommends replacing unit before major service Heat exchanger,compressors and coils create excessive cost to <br /> repair when the unit fails. <br /> TWC will disconnect all electrical and gas and lift unit from building with crane recover refrigerant and dispose of unit <br /> correctly. <br /> TWC will then lift customer supplied RTU and reconnect all electrical anc gas piping. Replace existing smoke detector <br /> and key station as well as thermostat and sensor. <br /> Customer supplied Unit must match foot print of existing unit to ensure correct fit after specking with Trane this will be <br /> the case due to size.
