TUBE CASING The glass bulb contains a fluid that expands when exposed to heat.When the rated temperature Is reached,the GUIDE INSERT fluid expands sufficiently to shatter TUBE the glass Bulb, and the Bulb Seat is released. BULB SEAT The compressed Spring is then able FRAME to expand and push the Water Tube as well as the Guide Tube outward.This 3 mm BULS action simultaneously pulls inward on VENT HOLE the Yoke, withdrawing the Plug with Sealing Assembly from the Inlet and COMPRESSION allowing the sprinkler to activate and DEFLECTOR SCREW flow water.
