Installation Agreement"and Details General Information: Delivery of Roofing Materials and Dumpster.Dynasty Building Solutions will have the roofing materials delivered and will place a dumpster in close proximity to your home to dispose of the existing roof,Please note;.if you need access to your vehicle and/or garage you may want to park in the street the night before your installation date and during the process to avoid being'biocked W'.Dynasty has the right to order excess material.All excess and left-over material will be property of contractor. Arrival of the Installation Crew.The-installation crew typically arrives between 7am and 10am.Atthat time,there may be multiple vehicles needed to set up and install your roof. Debris and Nails.It is,not uncommon for debris_to fall,in flower beds,shrubs;and bushes,Our installers will,use tarps to cover the perimeter`of the home as necessary and make every attempt to minimize any:coilateral damage.Please remove<any outdoor hanging items such as.plants,.chimes, pictures,etc.Pottery,Yard Lights,Christmas Lights,and decorations.sbould be taken down prior to the-install.Afterthe install,it is not uncommon to find a nail in your yard.Please minimize any outdoor activities where you may-be barefoot,children playing,mowing the lawn,etc.until you have had time to inspect the grounds after our crew departs.Dynasty Building Solutions will be held harmless fdr anydarnages that occur as.a result of nails not picked up by our crew and/or magnets.There are thousands of nails used on the average roof.it is not possible to account for every single nail. Final Clean up and Inspection.As theproject comes to a close the crew will go into a"final clean-up"mode;They will pick up as much roof debris as possible and pass large magnets around your home Iman attempt to get all.roofing.debris..It is our intention to leave the property as clean and safe a& possible,Mowing your lawn,prior to installation is very helpful•and allows the,magnet to collect(pull)better. Installation Date.Our:production department will contact to confirm the date for-"the installation.Installations are:based on material availability, weather,availability of crews,etc. Many H.O:A:'s require shingle type and color approval.Ii is the'responsibility of the customer-to get these approvals prior to the installation date.Dynasty Building Solutions"is not liable-for any damages associated with the H.O.A. or approval/fines/requirements. Wood Replacement.Dynasty Building Solutions will remove'the existing roof system,inspect wood decking'for possible defects and is required by Florida Building Code to replace any rotted wood underneath.Sagging wood is not considered rotten and will.not be automatically replaced-without your written consent.Replacement sheets will be billed at$50.00 per sheet,which covers the cost of the wood and the labor to install it.Please note, that wood is typically not included'in any insurance claim.Plywood tan be billed at$65 per sheet. Extensive Noise and Vibration. As with any exterior home project,there will be a substantial amount of noise.If you have children or pets that are sensitive to sound,please make arrangements accordingly,Extensive vibration is a normal;partof roof.replacement.Customer assumes liability for any "spider"cracks that mayappear in the ceiling.or walls during this process.Such vibrations may also cause objects to fall,nails to pop,and other damage. We also recommend that you remove any mirrors,pictures,or other delicate wall decor duringthe installation process.Dynasty Building Solutions assumes"no responsibility for these items. Roofing Accessories.Dynasty Building Solutions.will be replacing.lead boots,vent stacks,turbines,etc.on your roof.Dynasty is not liable for any damages associated with normal and routine replacement of these items,If brittle plumbing is determined to be the cause of the leak,Dynasty is to be held harmless.
