<br /> TRANSPORTATION IMPACT/UTILITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands
<br /> that Transportation Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may apply to the construutlon of new buildings, change of
<br /> use in existing buildings, or expansion of existing bui|dinge, as specified in Pasco County Ordinance number89-O7 and
