<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1431-21
<br />AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
<br />OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA AMENDING TABLE 2.02.01
<br />(ALLOWABLE USES IN ZONING DISTRICTS) OF THE
<br />LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE; PROVIDING FOR
<br />REPEALER, SEVERABILITY, INCLUSION IN THE CODE,
<br />AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the City's best interest to update
<br />the Land Development Code from time to time to assure that the Land Development Code
<br />adequately meets the needs of the City; and
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend the Land Development Code to maintain
<br />a clear, unified and effective document that regulates the development and use of property in
<br />compliance with the goals, objectives and policies expressed in the City's Comprehensive Plan.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,
<br />Florida, as follows:
<br />Section 1: Land Development Code Table 2.02.01 (Allowable Uses in Zoning Districts) is
<br />hereby amended as reflected in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by reference made
<br />a part hereof.
<br />Section 2: Repealer
<br />All provisions of the City of Zephyrhills Land Development Code including, but
<br />not limited to Table 2.02.01, including footnotes thereto, which are in conflict with
<br />are hereby repealed in their entirety.
<br />Section 3: Codification
<br />It is the intent of the City Council that the provisions of this Ordinance be included
<br />as revisions to existing Table 2.02.01, including footnotes thereto, of the Land
<br />Development Code.
<br />Section 4: Severability
<br />In the event any section, paragraph, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or word of
<br />this Ordinance shall for any reason be held unconstitutional, invalid or ineffective,
<br />the same shall not repeal, nullify or in any way affect any other section, paragraph,
<br />subsection, sentence, clause or portion of this Ordinance, regardless of any other
<br />section, paragraph, subsection, sentence, clause or portion thereof.
<br />Section 5: Effective Date
<br />This Ordinance shall become effective upon passage on the second reading and
<br />signing by the Mayor.
