CONTRACT FOR SALE AND INSTALLATION OF A 8.99 SYSTEM (hereinafter the"System")by and between US Solar Squared,LLC(hereafter"Seller"whose address is below provided)and Flordaliza Collazo Edwin Collazo •(hereinafterjointly or severally"Buyer")whose address is 36140 Shady Bluff Loop,7rnhyrhilis Florida 33541 according to the terms and conditions hereafter stated. TERMS AND CONDITIONS MECHANIC'SLIENNOTICE: ACCORDING TO FLORIDA'S CONSTRUCTION LIEN LAW (SECTIONS 713.001 - 713.37, FLORIDA STATUTES),THOSE WHO WORK ON YOUR PROPERTY OR PROVIDE MATERIALS AND ARE NOT PAID IN FULL HAVE A RIGHT TO ENFORCE THEIR CLAIM FOR PAYMENT AGAINST YOUR PROPERTY IF YOUR CONTRACTOR OR SUBCONTRACTOR FAILS TO PAY SUBCONTRACTORS, SUBSUBCONTRACTORS, OR MATERIAL SUPPLIERS.
