Add-Current scope of work is based on ACS proposal and the current MEP design provided to ACS, if additional devices and equipment are required additional costs would apply. RR 2. Add-AHJ may require additional devices over and above the current scope based on MEP design and AHJ comments which could result in additional costs. RR 3. Add-It is understood that the permitting and inspections are contingent on AHJ time frames and schedules out of ACS control, ACS is not responsible for these delays-RR 4. Add-AHJ approval of system supersedes the requirements of owner and engineers, unless agreed by both parties-RR 5. Add-If other trades impact ACS installation or inspections, additional costs and remobilization charges shall apply.-RR 6. Add-ACS bid is provided in a competitive market and based on efficient prosecution of the work.ACS will provide GC and EC with an approved set of plans for the project.All back boxes and flex are provided by others, and must be installed prior to ACS's mobilization. In the event the EC is not ready,a remobilization fee will be assessed to the project for each premature mobilization-RR.
