Per the fence requirements land development code 7.07.07 <br /> (A)the frontage may not exceed in height of 4 ft. I explained to the homeowner that the fence requirement would not <br /> allow me to permit a 5ft fence for the frontage of his home, he decided that he would not install the fence because the <br /> heights would be different and he would like the way it looked .The fence is a beautiful that he wants to install but the <br /> thing that would become problematic is that if we allow his 5ft fence for frontage this would open others to question <br /> our allowance of one and not others which would make issue for code enforcement. <br /> The homeowner called Gail to get permission and Gail than phoned me I explained that the requirement would not <br /> allow even in CRA district as well. We (Gail and I ) decided to wait for your opinion on this. <br /> You wanted me to write out to bring in City manager on his take . <br /> 1 <br />
