<br /> authorized by such permit is commenced within six months of permit issuance,or if work authorized by the permit is suspended or abandoned for a

<br /> exceed ninety(90)days and will demonstrate justifiable cause for the extension.If work ceases for ninety(90)consecutive days,the job is considered
