All projects come with a 2-year warranty that is valid beginning the date of completion. Warranty consists of damages, defects or imperfection due to the work of Pombo's Contracting Services Inc. and materials. Warranty does not apply to repair of damages or other items caused by natural occurrences, (hurricane, tornado, flooding, falling tree limbs, etc.) or caused by client or parties not affiliated with contractor. Contractor is not responsible for any oxidation, peeling, rusting or discoloration of any aluminum framing or fasteners caused by chemicals. We guarantee to purchase new materials in good condition in order to assure the quality of our work. Fading of the paint on the aluminum is normal and will occur overtime. As a further condition, it is understood that contractor will not be held responsible for delays caused by conditions beyond our control; that any alterations or deviation from the above items or additional work requested by customer will result in additional fees over and above the cost estimate provided; that this proposal, when accepted and signed by you (the client), and signed by Pombo's Contracting Services, Inc. constitutes the entire binding contract between the parties; and if any obligation hereunder is enforced by legal action or in equity, then the losing party will pay all costs, including attorney's fees. Buyer has 3 days to cancel this contract and get deposit back. We follow all specifications according to the Florida Code of Engineering. Any items relating to specific construction details are subject to applicable engineering requirements and local building codes and ordinances. A fifty percent (50%),deposit is required with this signed contract and payment is accepted in cash or check. The client is to pay the remaining balance after project is finished and passes final inspection, if permits are necessary. Failure to pay within 30 DAYS of date of completion or passing of final inspection, if a permit is required, will be considered a violation of this contract. Any unpaid balance which is 30 days or more past due is subject to a finance charge of 1% per month and attorney's fees will be charged if legal action is required to process (Property Lien) or court costs for collection. A $45.00 charge will be imposed for returned checks. Signing below confirms that you have read and understand this document, accept the warranty details, stated terms, and allow Pombo's Contracting Services, Incorporated to perform the work listed above. If you wish for us to proceed with the work, please circle and initial the word "CONTRACT"at the top of the first page, place your initials in the space provided, sign below and mail, email or fax this document back to us, and send the deposit for %Z the contract amount. The contractor will sign it and mailed/emailed it back to you upon acceptance. You may email the approved contract to nomboscontracting ftmail.com.
