If the <br /> homesite is not eligible for rear yard privacy fencing,the privacy fence shall transition to containment- <br /> style fencing at the rear plane of the house.The transition shall take place over a distance of sixteen <br /> (16)feet.The first section of eight(8)feet fence shall be solid vinyl sloping from six(6)to four(4)feet tall <br /> and the second and rear section of eight(8)feet fence shall be the same style of four(4)feet tall picket <br /> fence to be used along the back-fence line abutting the common space. <br /> We have an objective of allowing adequate fencing for every lot while maintaining,conformity,consistency <br /> and aesthetically pleasing fence lines. To obtain this goal,dual fence lines or side-by-side fence lines will <br /> not be permitted. If the fence installed on your property Is recessed Into your property away from the <br /> property line in a way which would create a gap or an area of property that cannot properly be maintained, <br /> approval of this request is contingent upon your permission and allowing your adjoining neighbors to <br /> cantilever fencing and/or fence posts,in a manner to be approved by the ARB,which would correct any gap <br /> Issues between fence lines.
