<br /> TRANSPORTATION IMPACT/UTILITIES IMPACT AND-RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands
<br /> that Transportation Impact Fees and Recourse I Recovery Fees.may apply to the construction of new buildings, change of
