OR BK 10893 PG 1243 Page 2 of 3 <br />The Subject Properties are hereby de -annexed from the City of Zephyrhills, Florida. The <br />Subject Properties are described in Exhibit A. The Subject Properties shall be excluded from the <br />existing boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, from the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 3. City Boundaries Redefined; Zephyrhills Charter Amended. <br />Pursuant to Section 166.031(3), Florida Statutes, and Section 171.091, Florida Statutes, <br />the City of Zephyrhills Charter, is hereby amended to redefine the corporate boundaries of the <br />City of Zephyrhills to exclude the Subject Properties described in Section 2 of this Ordinance. <br />The City Clerk shall file the revised Zephyrhills Charter, Chapter 1, Sec. 11.02, with the <br />Department of State within thirty (30) days from the effective date of this Ordinance. A copy of <br />such revision shall also be submitted to the Office of Economic and Demographic Research <br />along with a statement specifying the population census effect and the affected land area. The <br />City Clerk shall also file this Ordinance with the Clerk of Court for Pasco County, and County <br />Administrator of Pasco County within seven (7) days of the effective date. <br />SECTION 4. Repeal of Prior Inconsistent Ordinances and Resolutions. <br />All ordinances and resolutions or parts of ordinances or resolutions in conflict herewith <br />are hereby repealed to the extent of the conflict. <br />SECTION 5. Severability. <br />If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase, word or provision of this Ordinance <br />is for any reason held economic invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent <br />jurisdiction, whether for substantive, procedural, or any other reason, such portion shall be <br />deemed separate, distinct and independent provision, and such holding shall not affect the <br />validity of the remaining portions of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 6.
