OR BK 10893 PG 1243 Page 2 of 3 The Subject Properties are hereby de -annexed from the City of Zephyrhills, Florida. The Subject Properties are described in Exhibit A. The Subject Properties shall be excluded from the existing boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, from the effective date of this Ordinance. SECTION 3. City Boundaries Redefined; Zephyrhills Charter Amended. Pursuant to Section 166.031(3), Florida Statutes, and Section 171.091, Florida Statutes, the City of Zephyrhills Charter, is hereby amended to redefine the corporate boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills to exclude the Subject Properties described in Section 2 of this Ordinance. The City Clerk shall file the revised Zephyrhills Charter, Chapter 1, Sec. 11.02, with the Department of State within thirty (30) days from the effective date of this Ordinance. A copy of such revision shall also be submitted to the Office of Economic and Demographic Research along with a statement specifying the population census effect and the affected land area. The City Clerk shall also file this Ordinance with the Clerk of Court for Pasco County, and County Administrator of Pasco County within seven (7) days of the effective date. SECTION 4. Repeal of Prior Inconsistent Ordinances and Resolutions. All ordinances and resolutions or parts of ordinances or resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of the conflict. SECTION 5. Severability. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase, word or provision of this Ordinance is for any reason held economic invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, whether for substantive, procedural, or any other reason, such portion shall be deemed separate, distinct and independent provision, and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Ordinance. SECTION 6. Effective Date.
