A building containing only one dwelling unit, including <br />a mobile home not located in a mobile home park. <br />MULTI -FAMILY. A building containing two or more dwelling units. It includes duplexes, <br />apartments, residential condominiums, townhouses, and timeshares. The fee per dwelling <br />unit for this category also applies per space for new mobile home and recreational vehicle <br />parks. <br />MOBILE HOME/RV PARK. A parcel (or portion thereof) or abutting parcels of land <br />designed, used or intended to be used to accommodate two or more occupied mobile homes <br />or recreational vehicles (RVs), with necessary utilities, vehicular pathways, and mobile <br />home/RV pads or spaces. <br />COMMERCIAL. An integrated group of commercial establishments planned, developed, <br />owned or managed as a unit, or a free-standing retail or commercial use.
