OUR INTENTION IS TO MAINTAIN THE INTEGRITY AND APPEARANCE OF <br />THE ORIGINAL STRUCTURE WITH MINIMAL INTRUSION AND MODIFICATION TO THE <br />REMAINING STRUCTURAL FRAMING. <br />NOTE: MAIN WALL AND ROOF FRAMING AND FOUNDATION UPGRADES ARE EXCLUDED <br />FROM THIS SCOPE OF WORK. WE ARE ASSUMING THE EXISTING STRUCTURE IS <br />CAPABLE OF SUPPORTING THE CURRENT LOADING IMPOSED ON IT. <br />v THE REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF THE DAMAGED FRAMING AND SUBSEQUENT <br />FINISHES FALLS BELOW THE STANDARD FEMA GUIDELINE AS REFERENCED IN FEMA <br />SCHEDULES PUBLICATION 55 FOR SUBSTANTIAL IMPROVEMENT AND THEREFORE DOES NOT <br />CONSTITUTE A NECESSARY UPGRADE OF THE EXISTING STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS OF <br />SCALE: - <br />AS BUILDING.
