IT 15 ANTICIPATED THAT THE STARBUCKS INTERIOR FINISH -OUT WILL BE BE CONSTRUCTED <br />SIMULTANEOUSLY, UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT. SAID PLANS AND CONSTRUCTION WILL INCLUDE PERMANENT <br />POWER, EXIT/EMERGENCY LIGHTING, ETC. <br />UNDER THE TERMS OF THE LEASE WITH STARBUCKS, THE LANDLORD WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL <br />WORK INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE INSTALLATION OF ROOFTOP HVAC UNITS.
