<br />Scope of Work
<br />1. The scope is limited to tenant space D2 in Bldg D. The space is 20' x 70' (outside faces of exterior walls and centers of demising walls).
<br />2. The scope does not include any work related to the parking lot, landscaping, site utilities, site drainage, site lighting, or any other site features.
<br />3. The scope does not include any work on any of the buildings in the shopping center other than Bldg D.
<br />4. The scope does not include any work to the sidewalks, hardscape areas, or landscape areas immediately adjacent to any of the buildings.
<br />5. The scope does not include any work to the finishes, awnings, stone work, or decorative trim on the exterior elevations of any of the buildings.
<br />6. The scope does not include any work to the storefront systems, decorative windows, front storefront doors, or rear hollow metal doors on any
<br />of the buildings.
<br />7. The scope does not include any work on the existing roof system other than what is required to add an exhaust fan and a vent for the new
<br />restroom. The scope does not include any work on the shingle roofs or on the roof drainage systems.
<br />8. The scope does not include any work on the front framed wall. The existing 1 hour fire rating on the front framed wall shall be maintained.
<br />9. The scope does not include any work on the existing tenant demising walls other than what is required to install the new restroom. The
<br />existing 1 hour fire ratings shall be maintained.
<br />10. The scope includes adding sheathing over furring and insulation on the inside of the rear masonry wall inside the restroom only. The rest of
<br />the rear wall will be left as exposed masonry with no finish.
<br />11. The scope includes providing a new fire extinguisher as required by code.
<br />12. The scope includes installing a new restroom as shown on the plans.
<br />13. The scope includes new 2' x 4' ACT ceilings at 10'-0" AFF. The ceilings will not have insulation.
<br />14. The scope does not include any work on the foundations, columns, beams, joists, roof deck, or trusses. The scope does not include any
<br />structural work on the existing masonry or framed walls.
<br />15. The scope includes saw -cutting the existing floor slab as needed to provide new plumbing.
<br />16. The scope includes re -pouring any portion of the existing slab that is saw -cut. It also includes pouring a new slab in the area of the existing
<br />slab leave out at the rear of space D2.
<br />17. The existing building has a fire sprinkler system with the heads turned up. The scope includes turning down the sprinkler heads and
<br />repositioning them as needed to fit the ceiling layout. The design of the sprinkler system will be handled by the contractor through their signed
<br />and sealed shop drawings. The contractor shall be responsible for determining the exact locations of all sprinkler heads and for coordinating
<br />with all other disciplines. The contractor shall be responsible for providing signed and sealed shop drawings as required for permitting.
<br />18. The scope does not include any work to any underground sanitary lines other than what is required for connection of new sanitary lines. The
<br />scope does not include any work to any existing dean outs.
<br />19. The scope includes removal of any unused portion of existing above ground stub -ins for space D2.
<br />20. The scope includes connecting a new 4" sanitary line to the existing line and extending it as needed to serve the new restroom.
<br />21. The scope does not include any floor drains. The scope does not include any stub outs for future tenant connection to the sanitary system.

<br />drawings. The contractor shall be responsible for determining the exact locations of all fire alarm components and for coordinating with
<br />all other disciplines. The contractor shall be responsible for providing signed and sealed shop drawings as required for permitting.
