Bottom of plenum box of return held 2" off bottom of stand with <br />emergency condensate drain pan extending out 3" on all four sides with emergency overflow shut <br />down switch on condensate overflow mounted on emergency pan. <br />Rectangular ductwork to be 1.5" fiberous ductboard, Joints to be sealed with pressure sensitive "UL" <br />181 silver tape and staples as recommended by manufacuterer. Round ductwork to be R-6 flex <br />duct using silver tape, "UL" 181 and nylon panduit straps at Crown dampened collar. <br />All duct sizes are clear inside dimensions, allow <br />for 1.5" R-6 <br />fiberglass ductwork. <br />Rectangular ductwork to be hung with 2" u—channel & minimum 12—gauge wire on 6' centers and <br />flex duct to be hung with 2" metal strop on 5' <br />centers and at <br />elbow down to air distribution as <br />needed.
