<br />SUBCONTRACTORS AND SUPPLJERS.
<br />5. PRIOR TO THE START OF ANY WORK UNDER THIS
<br />CONTRACT, THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT,
<br />FOR ACCEPTANCE BY THE OWNER AND THE LANDLORD,
<br />ALL REQUIRED INSURANCE DOCUMENTATION, INCLUDING
<br />CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE. THE OWNER, THE ARCHITECT
<br />AND THE LANDLORD SHALL BE NAMED AS ADDITIONAL
<br />INSURED ON THE CONTRACTOR'S CERTIFICATE OF
<br />INSURANCE.
<br />6. ALL WORK UNDER THIS CONTRACT SHALL COMPLY WITH
<br />ALL LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL CODES AND ORDINANCES
<br />7. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING
<br />ALL PERMITS AND LICENSES, AND FOR ALL FEES
<br />ASSOCIATED THEREIN.
<br />8. PRIOR TO THE START OF ANY WORK UNDER THIS
<br />CONTRACT, THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL CONFIRM
<br />WITH THE BUILDING OPERATING REGULATIONS WITH THE
<br />OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE FOR THIS PROJECT:
<br />• THE BUILDING OPERATING REGULATIONS SHALL BE
<br />MAINTAINED THROUGHOUT THE COURSE OF
<br />CONSTRUCTION.
<br />•THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR
<br />ALL REQUIRED COORDINATION WITH THE OWNER'S
<br />REPRESENTATIVE, INCLUDING CONSTRUCTION ACCESS,
<br />BUILDING WORKING HOURS AND CONSTRUCTION PARKING.
<br />10. PRIOR TO SUBMITTING BIDS, THE CONTRACTORS SHALL
<br />VISIT THE SITE AND BECOME FAMILIAR WITH THE ACTUAL
<br />EXISTING CONDITIONS. THE OWNER AND THE ARCHITECT
<br />ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE EXISTING
<br />CONDITIONS ON THE PROJECT SITE.
<br />11. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY THE OWNER
<br />AND THE ARCHITECT OF ANY DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN
<br />THE PROJECT DRAWINGS AND EXISTING CONDITIONS.
<br />12. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL PROJECT
<br />RELATED CONDITIONS, DIMENSIONS AND DETAILS PRIOR TO
<br />CONSTRUCTION AND AS ANTICIPATED OR INFERRED PRIOR
<br />TO PRICING OR BIDDING.
<br />13. EPSTEIN SHALL BE NOTIFIED OF ANY DISCREPANCIES OR
<br />OMISSIONS WHICH WOULD INTERFERE WITH THE
<br />SATISFACTORY COMPLETION OF THE WORK, PRIOR TO THE
<br />START OF ANY AND ALL WORK.
<br />14. ALL WORK, WHETHER SHOWN OR IMPLIED, UNLESS
<br />SPECIFICALLY QUESTIONED, SHALL BE CONSIDERED FULLY
<br />UNDERSTOOD IN ALL RESPECTS BY THE GENERAL
<br />CONTRACTOR, AND HE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY
<br />MISINTERPRETATIONS OR CONSEQUENCES THEREOF FOR
<br />ALL WORK ON ALL DRAWINGS.
<br />15. THESE GENERAL NOTES SHALL APPLY TO ALL DRAWINGS.
<br />16. THROUGHOUT THE COURSE OF CONSTRUCTION, THE

<br />FOR ELECTRICAL DEMOLITION WORK, ALL TERMINATIONS
<br />CONDITIONS.
<br />WITH OWNER APPROVAL MAY BE MADE AT FIRST EXISTING
<br />ITEM/BOXES LEFT UNAFFECTED BY THE DEMOLITION OR IN
<br />17. IN THE EVENT THAT, IN THE OPINION OF THE
<br />NEW BOXES AND CAPPED AT AN EASILY ACCESSIBLE
<br />CONTRACTOR, ANY PROPOSED MODIFICATION TO THE
<br />LOCATION. CONDUITS WHICH ARE BURIED OR OTHERWISE
<br />PROJECT DESIGN, INCLUDING UNIDENTIFIED FIELD
<br />INACCESSIBLE SHALL BE ABANDONED WITH OWNER
<br />CONDITIONS OR OWNER MODIFICATIONS, WILL RESULT IN
<br />APPROVAL IN SUCH CASE, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PULL
<br />AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE TO THE CONTRACT, THE OWNER
<br />ALL WIRING FROM CONDUITS, CUT BACK CONDUITS TO BE
<br />AND THE ARCHITECT SHALL BE ADVISED IMMEDIATELY.
<br />FLUSHED WITH FINISHED SURFACE - CAPPED FOR WALL
<br />AND CEILING AND FILLED WITH GROUT FOR FLOOR. FOR
<br />18. ALL NECESSARY SEPARATION, PROTECTION, AND
<br />MECHANICAL DUCTWORK, ABANDONED DUCT MUST BE
<br />BARRICADES, INCLUDING DUST -PROOF PARTITIONS AND
<br />REMOVED BACK TO UNAFFECTED TRUNK OR BRANCH FEED
<br />TEMPORARY BUILDING SERVICES, ARE SOLELY THE
<br />AND CAPPED. THE SYSTEM WITHIN THE AFFECTED ZONE

<br />19. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROTECTION OF

<br />21. EACH CONTRACTOR SHALL GUARANTEE HIS WORK
<br />SYSTEM MUST BE PROVIDED WITH FULL WARRANTY

<br />PROTECTION AND THE USAGE MUST NOT DIMINISH ANY

<br />COMPLETION OF THE WORK AND ACCEPTANCE BY THE

<br />27. EXECUTION OF THIS CONTRACT BY THE CONTRACTOR

<br />SEALED. PENETRATIONS THROUGH FIRE RATED
<br />CONSTRUCTION INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WALLS,
