<br />DISAGREE IN THEMSELVES, THE BETTER QUALITY AND/OR GREATER QUANTITY OF WORK OR MATERIALS SHALL BE
<br />ESTIMATED UPON, AND UNLESS OTHERWISE ORDERED IN WRITING, SHALL BE FURNISHED AND INSTALLED.
<br />5. CERTAIN MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT ARE SPECIFIED BY MANUFACTURER OR TRADE NAME TO ESTABLISH STANDARDS OF
<br />QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE. THE NAME OR MAKE OF ANY ARTICLE, DEVICE, MATERIALS, FORM OF CONSTRUCTIONS,
<br />FIXTURE, ETC., NAMED IN THIS SPECIFICATION SHALL BE KNOWN AS A "STANDARD". ALL PROPOSALS SHALL BE BASED ON
