<br />SAFETY:
<br />• IT IS THE POLICY OF HOBBY LOBBY STORES, INC. TO, AT ALL TIMES, PROVIDE
<br />SAFE WORK ENVIRONMENTS, CONDUCT ALL OPERATIONS IN A MANNER THAT
<br />ELIMINATES RISK TO ANY TRADES PERSON, MAINTAIN ALL CONDITIONS IN A
<br />WAY THAT ELIMINATES ALL RISK TO VISITORS AND TO THE PUBLIC, AND
<br />ELIMINATE THE RISK OF DAMAGE TO PROPERTY ON AND ADJACENT TO THE

<br />TO THE LAWS OF EVERY ENTITY HAVING JURISDICTION OVER THE WORK.
<br />• ANY COMPANY OR INDIVIDUAL REFUSING TO CORRECT OBSERVED SAFETY
<br />VIOLATIONS WILL BE BANNED FROM THE SITE AT LEAST UNTIL SUCH
<br />VIOLATIONS ARE CORRECTED, AND WILL BE HELD COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE
<br />FOR ALL RESULTING EFFECTS.
<br />HAZARDOUS MATERIALS:
<br />• IN THE EVENT A SUB -CONTRACTOR DISCOVERS, AT ANY TIME DURING
<br />DEMOLITION, CONSTRUCTION, AND OR REMODELING OPERATIONS, EXISTING
<br />CONDITIONS THAT COULD INCLUDE THE PRESENCE OF MOLD, MILDEW,
<br />ASBESTOS, OR ANY HAZARDOUS MATERIAL, THE SUB -CONTRACTOR SHALL
<br />IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY THE OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE AND ARCHITECT/ENGINEER
<br />OF RECORD, IN WRITING, OF THE CONCERNS AND OR SUSPICIONS.
<br />• ONCE DISCOVERY OR SUSPICION OF MOLD, MILDEW, ASBESTOS, OR ANY
<br />HAZARDOUS MATERIAL IS MADE, THE SUB -CONTRACTOR SHALL TAKE ALL
<br />REASONABLE AND PRACTICAL PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT ALL CONSTRUCTION
<br />PERSONNEL AND THE PUBLIC FROM THE EXPOSURE TO ANY HAZARDOUS
<br />MATERIAL AND SUCH PRECAUTIONS SHALL REMAIN IN PLACE UNTIL SUCH TIME
<br />AS THE OWNER OR HEALTH AUTHORITY DIRECTS OTHERWISE. CONSTRUCTION
<br />OPERATIONS SHALL NOT BE STOPPED OR CURTAILED, EXCEPT IN THE AREA OF
<br />MOLD THE HAZARDOUS MATERIAL CONCERN DUE TO THESE REQUIRED
<br />PRECAUTIONS.
<br />• THE SUB -CONTRACTOR SHALL MAKE ALL REASONABLE EFFORTS TO AVOID
<br />CONDITIONS FAVORABLE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF MOLD AND MILDEW,
<br />ESPECIALLY IN VOIDS WHICH WILL BE CONCEALED AND NOT VENTILATED. IN
<br />ALL CASES, INTERIOR SPACES AND INTERIOR FINISHED CONSTRUCTION SHALL
<br />BE MAINTAINED IN DRY AND WELL -VENTILATED CONDITIONS.
<br />• THE SUB -CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH FEDERAL ENVIRONMENTAL AND
<br />OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ADMINISTRATION REGULATIONS AND ALL
<br />LOCAL AND STATE HEALTH DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS AND
<br />RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING MOLD, MILDEW, ASBESTOS, OR ANY HAZARDOUS
<br />MATERIAL.
<br />CONFLICTS IN DOCUMENTS AND CONDITIONS:
<br />• THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CAREFULLY STUDY AND COMPARE THE CONTRACT
<br />DOCUMENTS WITH EACH OTHER AND SHALL REPORT IMMEDIATELY TO THE
<br />SUPERINTENDENT ERRORS, INCONSISTENCIES OR OMISSIONS DISCOVERED. IF THE
<br />SUB -CONTRACTOR PERFORMS ANY WORK KNOWING IT INVOLVES A RECOGNIZED
<br />ERROR, INCONSISTENCY OR OMISSION IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS WITHOUT
<br />IMMEDIATE NOTICE TO THE SUPERINTENDENT, THE SUB CONTRACTOR SHALL
<br />ASSUME APPROPRIATE RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUCH PERFORMANCE AND SHALL
<br />BEAR AN APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OF THE ATTRIBUTABLE COSTS FOR
<br />CORRECTION.
<br />• THE SUB CONTRACTOR SHALL TAKE FIELD MEASUREMENTS AND VERIFY FIELD
<br />CONDITIONS AND SHALL CAREFULLY COMPARE SUCH FIELD MEASUREMENTS
<br />AND CONDITIONS AND OTHER INFORMATION KNOWN TO THE SUB CONTRACTOR
<br />WITH THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS BEFORE COMMENCING ACTIVITIES. ERRORS,
<br />INCONSISTENCIES OR OMISSIONS DISCOVERED SHALL BE REPORTED TO THE
<br />SUPERINTENDENT AT ONCE.
<br />• THE SUB CONTRACTOR SHALL PERFORM THE WORK IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
<br />CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND SUBMITTALS APPROVED BY THE GENERAL
<br />CONTRACTOR. THE SUB CONTRACTOR SHALL PERFORM NO PORTION OF THE
<br />WORK AT ANY TIME WITHOUT CONTRACT DOCUMENTS OR, WHERE REQUIRED,
