SUBMITTING A BID OR COST TO INSTALL THE WORK TO THE OWNER CONFIRMS THE CONTRACTOR HAS HAS READ THE DETAILS AND <br />REQUIREMENTS OF THE WORK SHOWN HERE WITHIN - SEE PLAN, ALL DETAILS AND BELOW SIGN NOTES PRIOR TO BIDDING. <br />2. THE MONUMENT SIGN SHALL ADHERE TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE 8.01.00 SIGNS PERMITS <br />REGARDING LOCATION, SETBACKS, SIZE, COPY FONT AREA AND VISIBILITY REQUIREMENTS. <br />3. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE TO ACQUIRE ALL PERMITS PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES. <br />4. ALL FEES AND FORMS SHALL BE PAID AND SUBMITTED WITH THE COUNTY PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES. <br />5. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY THE LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT IN WRITING OF ANY DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN THE PLAN AND <br />LOCAL OR FEDERAL CODE REQUIREMENTS. <br />6. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SURVEY AND STAKE THE HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL LOCATION OF THE MONUMENT FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL BY <br />THE OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE PRIOR TO EXCAVATION ACTIVITIES. FEES FOR SURVEYING SERVICES SHALL BE PART OF THE SCOPE OF WORK <br />AND CONTRACT COST. RE -STAKING MAYBE REQUIRED IF STAKING IS IMPACTED OR DAMAGED DURING CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES. <br />7. COORDINATION OF ALL TRADES, DELIVERIES AND SCHEDULE OF INSTALLATION FROM SUBCONTRACTORS SHALL BE PART OF THE GENERAL <br />CONTRACTORS SCOPE OF WORK AND PROJECT COST. <br />8. STAGING AND STOCKPILING AND CONCRETE WASHOUT AREAS SHALL BE IN AN AREA APPROVED BY THE OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE AND <br />ADHERE TO LOCAL AND SWFWMD REQUIREMENTS. <br />9. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN A NEAT, CLEAN AND ORGANIZED SITE THROUGHOUT CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES. NO DEBRIS, PLASTIC, <br />CONCRETE OR SOIL CLODS SHALL ACCEPTABLE WITHIN THE BACKFILL SOIL. <br />10. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT LOCATION TICKETS FOR ALL BELOW GROUND UTILITIES (SOFT AND HARD) AND IDENTIFY AND MARK IN THE <br />FIELD PRIOR TO EXCAVATION ACTIVITIES. RE -PAINTING AND MARKING MAYBE REQUIRED THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF CONTRACT IF <br />IMPACTED OR NO LONGER VISIBLE DURING CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES. AVOID PAINTING ON NEWLY INSTALLED MATERIALS OR PAVEMENTS <br />WHERE APPLICABLE. <br />11. THE DETAILS HAVE BEEN PROFESSIONALLY REVIEWED AND SIGNED AND SEALED BY A LICENSED STRUCTURAL ENGINEER. ASSEMBLY OF <br />COMPONENTS; SUCH AS BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FOOTINGS, REINFORCEMENT AND COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH OF CONCRETE SHALL MEET OR <br />EXCEED THE STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS REQUIREMENT PER THE NOTES AND DETAILS. <br />12. THE CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO OBTAIN PROGRESS INSPECTIONS; SUCH AS BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DEPTH OF FOOTING, CONCRETE <br />STRENGTH, CMU BLOCK STRENGTH, REINFORCEMENT INSTALLATION, HURRICANE BRACKET REQUIREMENTS, ROOF BRACKETS OR FASTENERS. <br />13. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT APPROVED INSPECTIONS TO THE OWNER PRIOR TO BACKFILLING OR PROCEEDING WITH VERTICAL <br />CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES. <br />14. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE TO OBTAIN AND SUBMIT TO THE OWNER AN APPROVED FINAL INSPECTION REPORT PRIOR TO REQUESTING <br />FINAL PAYMENT. <br />15. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT ALL SHOP DRAWINGS AND/OR (RFI) REQUEST FOR INFORMATION DOCUMENTS FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL BY <br />THE OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE PRIOR TO ORDERING, SHIPPING OR INSTALLATION; INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PAINT OR STAIN, WOOD OR <br />LUMBER, STONE AND GROUT, TILE AND GROUT, SIGN PANEL AND CABINETS AND LIGHTING. MATERIAL LETTERS OF APPROVAL RATED FOR <br />MIAMI-DADE HURRICANE WIND RATINGS MAY ALSO BE REQUIRED PER STRUCTURAL ENGINEER PRIOR TO ORDERING, SHIPPING OR <br />INSTALLATION. <br />16. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REQUEST A FINAL OBSERVATION MEETING BY THE LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT TO ADDRESS ANY PUNCH LIST ITEMS PRIOR <br />TO REQUESTING FINAL PAYMENT. <br />17. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE TO OBTAIN GEOTECHNICAL REPORT AND SOIL COMPACTION REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO EXCAVATION <br />ACTIVITIES. THE COST OF REPORT SHALL BE REQUIRED AND PART OF THE PROJECT COST AND SCOPE OF WORK.
