NO SUPPLEMENTAL CONCRETE FOUNDATION POURS WHICH WILL CREATE A HIDDEN COLD <br />JOINT SHALL BE USED WITHOUT SUPPLEMENTAL TREATMENT IN THE FOUNDATION UNLESS THERE IS AN <br />APPROVED PHYSICAL BARRIER.
