<br />ALL INSTALLED LANDSCAPING SHALL BE NEAT AND ORDERLY IN

<br />2. TURF AREAS SHALL BE ON SEPARATE IRRIGATION ZONES

<br />IRRIGATION IS DESIGNED TO ACCOMMODATE SEPARATE
<br />LANDSCAPE PLANT ZONES BASED ON DIFFERING

<br />3. SPRINKLER SPACING SHALL NOT EXCEED 55 PERCENT OF
<br />THE SPRINKLER'S DIAMETER OF COVERAGE.

<br />MECHANICAL, SHALL HAVE BATTERY BACK-UP TO
