THE CONTRACTOR IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR <br />DETERMINED THAT THE SILT AND DEBRIS TRAPS ARE NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY OR EXCESS DEBRIS HAS COLLECTED. <br />EXECUTION OF HIS WORK IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS. <br />3. <br />IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO REMOVE FROM THE SITE ANY AND ALL MATERIALS AND DEBRIS WHICH RESULT FROM <br />9. <br />ALL CONTRACTORS AND THEIR SUBCONTRACTORS OR ANY TIER SHALL INDEMNIFY THE OWNER AND ENGINEER FROM ALL LIABILITY RESULTING FROM <br />CONSTRUCTION/DEMOLITION OPERATIONS. <br />ANY NEGLIGENT ACT OR OMISSION WITH THEIR CONSTRUCTION, INSTALLATION, AND TESTING OR WORK ON THIS PROJECT AND SHALL NAME THEM AS <br />ADDITIONAL INSURED ON THEIR COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY POLICIES FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE WORK ON THIS PROJECT. A PROPER <br />4. <br />THE DISTURBED AREAS SHALL BE SEEDED OR SODDED UPON COMPLETION OF DISTURBANCE. <br />CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE SHALL BE ISSUED PRIOR TO THE START OF CONSTRUCTION. <br />5. <br />NO AREA SHALL REMAIN UNSEEDED OR SODDED LONGER THAN 14 DAYS FROM LAST TIME OF DISTURBANCE. <br />10. <br />ELECTRIC, TELEPHONE, NATURAL GAS, AND OTHER UTILITY COMPANIES MAY HAVE UNDERGROUND AND/OR OVERHEAD SERVICE FACILITIES IN THE <br />VICINITY OF THE PROPOSED WORK. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HAVING THE UTILITY COMPANIES LOCATE THEIR FACILITIES IN <br />6. <br />THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PERFORM AND DOCUMENT ROUTINE INSPECTIONS OF THE SOIL EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROLS AS REQUIRED BY THE <br />THE FIELD PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION AND SHALL ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND PRESERVATION OF THESE FACILITIES. THE SUPERINTENDENT SHALL BE CAPABLE OF READING AND UNDERSTANDING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATION, SHALL HAVE FULL AUTHORITY <br />SITE RESTORATION AND PLANTING <br />C <br />TO EXECUTE ORDERS TO EXPEDITE THE PROJECT, AND SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SCHEDULING AND HAVE CONTROL OF ALL WORK AS THE AGENT <br />OF THE CONTRACTOR.
