<br />BE FREE OF DEFECTS FOR A PERIOD OF NOT LESS THAN (U YEAR FROM THE DATE
<br />OF ACCEPTANCE. CORRECTION OF DEFECTS SHALL BE COMPLETED IN A TIMELY
