<br />PERMIT. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, FIRE SPRINKLER, OR
<br />OTHER RELATED FIRE PERMITS. ZEPHYR, LLC WILL PAY FOR ''CONNECTION FEES" ASSOCIATED WITH UTILITY
<br />PERMITS. PAY FOR TEMPORARY FACILITIES FEES AS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER.
