<br />SERVICES REQUIRED FOR THE SAFE AND PROPER EXECUTION AND COMPLETION

<br />5. ALL FINAL COLOR AND FINISH SELECTIONS SHALL BE APPROVED, IN WRITING, BY
<br />THE TENANT. IN GENERAL, NEW CONSTRUCTION SHALL MATCH EXISTING AND
<br />CONTIGUOUS CONSTRUCTION IN COLOR, FINISH, MANUFACTURER, AND INSTALLATION
<br />METHOD.
<br />6. G.C. SHALL FIELD VERIFY KEY DIMENSIONS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO
<br />ORDERING MATERIALS, FINISHES, EQUIPMENT, AND FIXTURES. THESE
<br />CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS ARE BASED, IN LARGE PART, ON TENANT -SUPPLIED
<br />RECORD CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS ("AS BUILTS"). THE ARCHITECT DOES NOT
<br />REPRESENT THAT HE HAS FIELD -VERIFIED THE RECORD CONSTRUCTION
<br />DOCUMENTS AND HE DOES NOT CERTIFY THEIR ACCURACY.
<br />7. NOT ALL AREAS OF THE PROJECT LOCATION WERE AVAILABLE FOR
<br />OBSERVATION AND VERIFICATION AT THE TIME THESE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
<br />WERE PREPARED. CONSEQUENTLY, THE ARCHITECT DOES NOT CERTIFY THEIR

<br />- THE VERIFICATION AND MAINTENANCE OF ALL EXISTING SETBACKS, EASEMENTS,
<br />AND ANY DEED RESTRICTIONS.
<br />- COORDINATION OF WORKING HOURS, DELIVERIES, TRASH REMOVAL, STORAGE,
<br />ETC. WITH LANDLORD.
<br />- ERECTION PROCEDURE AND SEQUENCE TO ENSURE THE INTEGRITY OF THE
<br />BUILDING AND IT'S COMPONENT PARTS DURING CONSTRUCTION.
<br />- COORDINATION OF ARCHITECTURAL, STRUCTURAL, MECHANICAL AND
<br />ELECTRICAL DETAILS AND DIMENSIONS. ANY DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN SUCH
<br />DETAILS AND DIMENSIONS SHALL BE REPORTED TO THE ARCHITECT PRIOR TO
<br />PROCEEDING W/ THE WORK.
<br />- ACCESS PANELS WHERE REQUIRED AS PER PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, OR
<br />INSTRUCTIONS.
<br />9. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE THE OWNER W/ A SWORN LIST OF
<br />SUBCONTRACTORS AND MATERIAL PROVIDED PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION. THE
<br />SAID LIST SHALL BE UPDATED EACH MONTH THEREAFTER.
<br />10. FOR ALL INTENTS AND PURPOSES, THE CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY SHALL
<br />SERVE AS "SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION".
<br />11. IF THE DRAWINGS AND THE FIELD CONDITIONS ARE NOT IN AGREEMENT, THE
<br />CONTRACTOR TO NOTIFY THE G.C. AND/OR ARCHITECT/ENGINEER BEFORE STARTING
<br />ANY WORK. ANY INCONSISTENCIES NEED TO BE CORRECTED BEFORE INSTALLATION
<br />BEGINS. IF THE CONTRACTOR STARTS INSTALLATION WITHOUT THE CORRECTED
<br />DRAWINGS, HE/SHE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL COSTS (BEYOND THE

<br />18. ALL FIRE RATED WALLS MUST HAVE RATING STENCILED IN A READILY VIEWABLE

<br />27. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL MEET WITH THE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR ON
<br />SITE PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION TO VERIFY ANY AND ALL EXISTING ELECTRICAL
<br />EQUIPMENT PERTAINING TO THIS PROJECT. INCLUDING ELECTRIC PANELS, CONDUIT,
